I know a lot of you are participating in the A-Z Blog Challenge at this time. But I do want to remind you that May is just around the corner and that also means...
So is my book release!!!
I still have a tentative date of the 20th. On the off chance that doesn't happen, I am gearing up for my virtual blog/book tour/launch for June anyway. Lots of slashes there, huh?
And since I'm particularly close to my Chesley family, my sister in law, Cheri, will be touring with me. She will be releasing her latest book, The Tyrant King. Here is a little about her book and Cheri herself:
The kingdom of Fayterra has enjoyed four years of peace since Jareth was crowned King and married Krystal. But, on the eve of Alana’s wedding, a stranger arrives with a link to the family that threatens to change everything. An enemy is revealed. Their people are under attack. War is declared. And not everyone will survive.
As the future becomes bleaker and the mystery continues to unravel, Krystal’s enemies will learn just how far she will go to defend the people she loves.
Cheri Chesley enjoys a good story, and hopes to share equally good writing. She currently resides in Waurika, OK with her husband and children. You can visit her website at http://www.cheri-chesley.com/ to learn more about her print novels and e-books.
At this point, I would love to share my book cover, but I don't have it yet. You all will be the first to see it. Well, after me of course!
In the meantime, Cheri and I are gathering up a list of everyone who has decided to help/host this tour. Once that list is compiled, we will be sending an email to all participants with available dates. We'll work out a schedule according to what is best for you and when all is said and done, we'll have a drawing for those who helped us. We will be giving away a $10 Amazon gift card and swag. What's the swag? So far, it is copies of Watched by Cindy Hogan, Ireland's Pirate Queen, Variant by Robison Wells, Michael Vey by Richard Paul Evans, and a beautiful leather bound journal. Cheri will also throw in a copy of The Wild Queen, which is the prequel to The Peasant Queen.Of course there is still more to come!
So what do you have to do now? Simple! Leave a comment with your e-mail address or some way of contacting you. Also, let us know which book you wish to spotlight or review, or if you want to do an interview and who you want to pick on. You can choose both of us and we'll do our best to make sure this is as simple as possible for you. We know how busy you all are and don't want to take up too much of your time. Launch/tour starts in June. If my release date changes, we'll shift the schedule to match, but I figure June would be a safe bet.
Have an awesome weekend, everyone. And great job on the A-Z Challenge!! Woot!
